The challenge and brief

For B2B CEOs, sales and HR leaders looking to increase new hire productivity, onboard teams effectively, gain ROI and reduce ramp up time to revenue, achieving these success KPIs hardly happen without challenges and B2B leadership coaching.

After taking clients through a 12-week academy, Company Y (not it’s real name – due to NDA) was finding that newly hired sales executives were on average taking another 3 months to close their first new business deal. With a high turnover of staff already, this slow onboarding and time to revenue trend was costing the business an additional £6K per new hire.
